I offer therapy for those who are navigating life transitions, difficulties in personal relationships, depression, anxiety, identity issues, grief and loss, and women’s issues (self-image, infertility, postpartum, new mothers). I work with people who want to grow, change, and feel happier but feel lost or stuck in how to do so.
I am passionate about working with people from diverse cultural, ethnic and sexual backgrounds. I provide culturally sensitive therapy and value providing a supportive and safe environment for all to share their story.
I also have expertise in health psychology and work with those who experience chronic pain, insomnia, and those who have learned of a new health condition and are seeking support.
