Insurance Benefits

I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna and also accept private pay. 

I am considered an out-of-network provider for other PPO insurance plans.  If I don't accept your insurance, then you may qualify for out-of-network mental health benefits. I would provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.  Your insurance may reimburse  part or all of the fee. I recommend contacting your insurance regarding your out-of-network benefits prior to our first session. Please be sure to ask about information such as your deductible, co-pay and out of pocket limits.  I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation prior to scheduling our first in person session. 

Fees

55 minute intake session ( First in person session) $175

55 minute individual therapy session $160

45 minute individual therapy session $150

Sliding Scale 

I offer sliding scale for those who are desiring therapy services and are experiencing financial difficulties or have limited means. Please give me a call for more information about this. 

Methods of Payment 

I accept cash, all major credit cards and HSA cards.  Payment is expected at the time of our session.
